  • Dorrigo Bush Salt and Pepper Squid w/ a noodle salad and chilli lime glaze
  • Poached Chicken, walnut, apple salad w/ strawberry vinaigrette
  • Caesar Salad
  • Fresh Linguini w/ wild mushrooms, asparagus and grana padano

Mains

  • Char-Grilled Fillet of Beef w/ Mediterranean vegetable stack, sweet potato cake, béarnaise sauce and cabernet vinegar reduction
  • Roasted Chicken Breast w/ pea and mushroom risotto, roasted tomato and pesto
  • Grilled Barramundi Fillet w/ fragrant rice, green curry and bokchoy
  • Polenta Cake w/ mushrooms, brocclini, toasted almonds, tomato and fetta salad

Desserts

  • Sticky Date Pudding w/ hot butterscotch sauce
